Mollie Butterworth is the first property agent to achieve the Level 3 Certificate in Property Advice and Practice.
Mollie has worked for 2 years as a letting agent at Stoneacre Properties in Leeds and she is keen to progress her career in property.
Her boss James Newman recommended trying The Able Agent® e- learning platform as he had already experienced the training expertise of the directors of The Able Agent and knew Mollie would not only learn a lot but also enjoy it!
Her aim (and James’ )was to consolidate her knowledge in lettings negotiation and customer service and broaden her skill base to know just as much about estate agency and selling.
She found the winning combination of sales and lettings resources in The Able Agent e-learning programme suited her and gave her the right depth of knowledge in an interesting way.
James her boss was also happy, as the training also included negotiation and selling skills, customer service, spotting opportunities, compliance and everything else a sales and letting agent needs to know.
It took Mollie just 7 months to complete the programme and feel ready to sit the CePAP (Certificate in Property Advice and Practice) exam. The short modular tests in The Able Agent prepared her well with exam type questions.
On the day It was a 75 question, 90 minute multiple choice exam taken at a local test centre and Mollie got her “you have passed” result straightaway.
The official Ofqual regulated certificate arrived from ABBE the awarding body, a couple of weeks later – much to Mollie’s delight.
Now she is qualified and as well prepared as any agent can be for upcoming licensing of agents. Plus she is a star!!!
Well done Mollie our #1
