The Able Agent online training platform is a monthly subscription based on the number of users per branch. We only ask for a 6 month minimum. After that you can pause your subscription. InHouse our white label platform is bespoke so contact us for pricing Sales@theableagent.co.uk

Courses can be completed in any order you wish. You may wish to discuss with your employer the best series of courses that are relevant to your role and follow their guidance on which is appropriate to you. Alternatively, you may wish to update your skills in a specific topic and visit an individual course. There are set compulsory courses for our qualifications. Visit the qualifications page for more details.

Each course varies considerably, within the curriculum section of the courses there is a suggested time (e.g. 15 minutes) which indicates how long a lesson may take. However, we understand that everybody learns differently. You may wish to pause videos and make notes, re-read certain eBook sections or simply retake a entire courses if you wish.

Able Agent is a monthly subscription service that is paid for a monthly basis. Payment can be made up front in full for an annual subscription at a discount – visit the pricing page for details.

Each person has a unique profile area whereby their course progress and certification is handled. This means they can share download and share a digital certificate for each course they complete. The platform is user friendly virtual learning environment that will remove many HR headaches for agents. Managers can run reports and export data for every enrolled team member and all courses.

Within each module are a number of online courses to help you easily navigate which is right for you. Once you have selected a course you can see a breakdown of its content by viewing each of the lessons in the curriculum section of the course landing page.

Yes, after successful completion of each online course you can download a digital certificate from your profile area as evidence of your development.

Each module contains a mixture of film and ebook.

As we add new courses we will provide full ebook content and then add film – this is to ensure as wide a coverage of content as possible as quickly as possible.

We update existing course content on a very regular basis and add more resources as we grow. For example when trading standards issued new material information guidance we had a new course live within 7 days.

The course content including compliance information is a training tool for negotiators and managers. The Able Agent do not fulfil Agency businesses’ compliance obligations as per our contract t&c’s however it does meet all compliance training obligations.

As RoPA is still not fully defined we cannot guarantee this however we do meet all the suggested content at Level 3. Should RoPA requirements change we will offer top up online content that will fulfil agent’s obligations. Propertymark fully endorse the CeLAP Certificate in Lettings Advice & Practice for membership of ARLA.

Yes, the Level 3 CePAP Certificate is an Ofqual regulated course that has been accredited by the Awarding Body ABBE (Awarding Body for the Built Environment).

By completing a series of our online courses you can then register for the Level 3 CePAP with us and we can arrange for you to book in a formal exam at one of many national Pearson test centres.

The final assessment for the Level 3 CePAP qualification can be undertaken at test centres across the country. Further instruction will be issued upon sign up and direction on how to arrange your test.

The CePAP qualification is Level 3 and Ofqual regulated, the level defined in the RoPA report and expected to be required for  licensing. Sign up to our mailing list for Industry updates.
