The Compliance course covers the following laws:
- Consumer Protection (from Unfair Trading) Regulations overview
- Material information
- Equality Act 2010
- Health and Safety
- Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
AML Course
The Anti Money Laundering course offers a certificate to prove completion and is updated in line with any changing legislation.
Updated to include all lettings sanctions in line with May 2025 changes.
Data protection Act course
This course covers all the key elements of Data Protection in the property industry, whether for sales or lettings.
We explain these in language we hope will relate to your job role, rather than just giving you the law itself. The benefit of understanding well not only helps in terms of your professionalism, but protects your company’s interest where there are risks of breaking the law.
This course should be taken as part of our qualifications BUT will also fulfil annual Data Protection training obligations.
