Charlotte has been in the property industry since 1994 working in estate agency, lettings and property management as well as for a national estate agency software provider. She is a qualified IQA and trainer in property law and sales skills. She writes and presents all our content and is the face of the Able Agent.

Her rounded knowledge of all areas of the industry and up to date expertise, ensure the Able Agent content is up to date both legally and in terms of market changes. To date Charlotte has written 500 ebooks and over 300 scripts covering content for England, Scotland and Wales.

Regularly seen as an expert guest on webinars, Charlotte always ensures a training focus throughout the industry.

Helen is a qualified teacher, and marketeer with a strong history as a Lister and franchisee in estate agency. She combines big business marketing and consultancy expertise with training and educational knowledge. Helen oversees our qualifications and produced the course knowledge check quizzes. She makes sure everyone online has a great experience and is always quick to solve any technical problems. As she states every day – “how can we train agents how to be excellent in customer service – if we don’t live by those standards!”

Previously a senior manager with a software company, Debbie joined the Able Agent after a parenting break lasting longer than originally planned, to see so much more of her 13-year-old in his early years! Debbie wanted a complete change and a role that fitted with family life and commitments.

Debbie is a proud member of our support team and has done a wonderful job getting to know and helping our users who take the chance to study for a nationally recognised qualification and need support on their way to success.

Debbie’s time is spent getting to know our clients and their needs and tailoring their support, so their people make the most of their time with The Able Agent. Offering professional and useful support has always mattered to Debbie, and like the rest of The Able Agent team truly believe it’s what makes the difference – making things simple, consistent, reliable, and friendly and always following through on promises to deliver.

Catherine Calvert joined the industry in 2008 working with the North-East’s largest independent estate agent and has in-depth experience in all aspects of sales, lettings and auctions. She started as a self employed estate agent but had such success she was quickly snapped up in an area management role. In her previous senior management role, she focussed on building strong teams utilising continued training and development including a successful strategy for developing apprentices. She is a qualified Assessor and has delivered apprenticeships in property. She heads up our Apprentice support and also takes on the role of  business support for all Able Agent users, helping develop training plans and supporting agents to make the most of the platform
