It is a 12 month program using a mix of online video, ebook, self reflection activities and live webinar support.

Who is it for?

Designed specifically for Estate & Lettings agents and suitable for both experienced and trainee managers

Designed to support both existing in-house training programs with a formal qualification or as a complete self development training resource for individuals or management teams.

This program is charged as a per person fee of just £250+vat* for the 12 month training program and is not automatically included in the Able Agent subscription. *Discounted group and monthly payment options also available, please contact us for more info.

Recognise study and experience with a qualification

The Ofqual regulated, nationally recognised Level 3 CEAM (Certificate in Agency Management) exam can be taken on completion of the training program.

The single exam is taken at a test centre near you or online at work or home. Use the CeAM post nominals after your name on successful completion.

The optional qualification is  only £295+vat on completion of the training courses.
