How it works
Your new starter will receive 6 x one2one sessions – spread out over 3- 6 months depending on their progress through the training programme.
They have full access to a bespoke learning pathway (approved by you) designed for their specific job role.
With access to a range of courses, and a full glossary to help with the often confusing agency language, they will have all the resources needed to progress.
