We have created a new video and eBook course to start to guide agents through the Renters’ Rights Act changes.

This is an online training programme using a mix of online videos, ebooks and knowledge checks. It will be continually updated in line with any changes in law or guidance.

L3 CePAP and CeLAP qualifications

Anyone studying for the Level 3 Certificate in Property Advice and Practice (CePAP®) which covers Estate Agency & Lettings or the Level 3 Certificate in Lettings Advice and Practice CeLAP, which covers Lettings & Property Management can continue to register for the existing qualifications. Exams testing the revised content will commence in line with the new legislation from May 2026.
