The Level 3 Certificate In Property Advice and Practice
As well as providing the complete online learning solution for estate and lettings agent staff, The Able Agent® also gives you the option to qualify in the Level 3 CePAP qualification regulated by Ofqual.
The Certificate in Property Advice and Practice examines knowledge in both estate agency and lettings, with all the selling skills, customer service, property and consumer laws, which are relevant to all staff in both sales and lettings.
This can be achieved by completing one single exam of 97 multiple choice questions over 105 minutes at a local Pearson Vue testing centre or using the OnVue system where you take the exam in a secure setting in your own home or office.
How Does It Work?
By accessing and completing the series of short courses from our online platform, you are simultaneously covering the requirements of the Level 3 CePAP qualification and preparing yourself for an external multiple-choice examination, whenever you are ready to be tested.

How To Get Qualified
To pass the exam you need to have studied all of the ‘core’ modules. The core modules include:

By successfully completing these modules you will have fulfilled all of the learning requirements set out in the 3 main units prescribed in the qualification.
