How do I take a qualification?

First you need to choose the relevant qualification you wish to study.

We have qualifications in Estate Agency & Lettings, Lettings & Property Management, Listing & Market Appraisal and Sales progression. Then you need to complete all the courses aligned to that qualification.

I have completed all the courses and am ready?

If you have already completed your studies you can register for the relevant equalisation with the forms below.

I need access to the training resources?

If you do not already have access to our training materials then you need to choose the resources you need. You can purchase all content as a subscription or choose the relevant content or qualification you wish to study as a short course.

How do I sign up for the materials?

Most popular for businesses is our Monthly Subscription, which  includes content for all qualifications except Agency Management.

Available in bands of 7 users and gives access to a range of content in estate agency, lettings, property management, sales skills, customer service,  listing and sales progression.

How do I sign up for the materials? – Short courses if you are just looking for yourself or one team member.

Qualifications such as Level 3 CeLAP and Level3 CePAP and our Level 3 Sales Progression courses are available as per person short courses.

You pay a one off fee to access the relevant course materials. You can choose from our all course option which contains all our content that is included in our subscription or you can choose just the content for the topic or qualification you are interested in. You complete the learning and then pay the relevant qualification fee.

How do I register for my qualification when I am ready?

How do I know I am ready?

Qualification fees are separate to the course materials and are paid when you are ready to sit the exam.

If you have completed 80% of the Courses in the relevant Modules required for the qualification you are ready to book and pay for your exam. You should confirm with your manager if the company is going to support the costs or if you are required to pay for it yourself.

We advise that you register before you complete all the required courses, as there is a delay of a few weeks between registering and being able to get an appointment to sit the exam. This will give you enough time to finish off the last courses and do some revision and to be able to book your exam on your preferred date.
