Profile

Don’t worry the courses are there for you to access individually.

If not showing in your Profile page as a list, or it says “no courses”, go to  ‘Modules and Courses” on the top menu bar and choose Modules for Courses in the dropdown. This opens on the Modules page

Scroll down and select any Module and then click on ‘View this Module’

Select and click on any Course to go to the course landing page. You can then scroll down and click the orange  ‘Take This Course’ button.

This will add the Course to your Profile page and add your progress in the course.

I am blocked out of the quiz – I pressed Finish Course by mistake 

You may have clicked on the red ‘Finish course’ button, without taking the quiz. If you have done this, you will need to reset the Course.

To do this, go back into the Course with the issue. Scroll down this course landing page and click the orange ‘Re-take the course’

Click Complete at the end of each Lesson and a blue tick will appear in the lesson list.

Once you have blue ticks next to every lesson, then you will be able to attempt the quiz 3 more times.

If the pages are slow to load, it’s usually your browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Explorer etc)which is having difficulty  – We have a full guide here of what to do : cookie/cache clear: https://www.theableagent.co.uk/cache-guide/

1. Always make sure you have logged out of the device that you last used before you log in to the next.

3. I am blocked out of the quiz – I pressed Finish Course by mistake

Once you have ALL the blue ticks the quiz will re appear and you will have at least 3 more attempts.

Once you have completed the Quiz then click red ‘Finish course’ – Only click ‘Finish course‘ when you have completed all lessons and the Quiz

Don’t worry your certificates are still available and your progress has been recorded. You can then either view your certificate in your ‘Profile Page’ under the ‘Certificates’ tab or in the course you have just taken. at the top of the course .

BUT, you need to have completed 80% of the course content and have clicked the orange Complete button at the end of each lesson.

Go back into your course. Check you have blue ticks against all or at least 80% of the lessons and completed the quiz.

If NO – complete the missing lessons and the quiz and click Finish course after the quiz.

Locked out of courses?

Scroll to the bottom and click ‘Retake this course’

Click on Complete at the end of each lesson in the course to show a blue tick against each lesson.

Take and pass the quiz –  your certificate will appear in your profile page

You will have been advised if you have the rights to access the Add/Amend Delete user account tool. It can be found in the same place as you access the reporting tool to monitor progress and activity 

• Go to your profile page, and if you have access to the Reports and Tool feature you will find the amend/delete/add a user function in the tab at the top – Tools and Reports
• It’s quick and easy to use and the new information will be automatically added to your report
• If there is no Tools & Reports Tab showing please contact support@theableagent who can advise if you are able to access
