CePAP® now approved for Propertymark NAEA membership
- Propertymark has approved the Able Agent Level 3 Certificate in Property Advice and Practice (CePAP®) for membership of Propertymark NAEA.

The Propertymark NAEA CePAP Top-Up Course is available to anyone who has already completed the Level 3 CePAP qualification in estate agency and lettings.
To apply for Propertymark membership, you will need to:
- Complete the required top-up courses.
- Download your certificates.
- Include these certificates with your membership application, alongside your original Propertymark CePAP certificate.
Courses Included
If you previously completed the Level 3 CePAP® qualification, you can now use your existing certificate for NAEA membership by completing three short top-up courses:
- Ethics & Their Importance
- Sales Progression Introduction
- Property Structure and Market Appraisal
Available for a limited time
The top-up route is available until mid-December. After this date, new Propertymark NAEA member applications will require completion of the updated Level 3 CePAP®, which has included these modules since its launch on 1 August.
