You asked, We Answered. Tracking and Progress Reporting is now available

The Able Agent has released our most requested feature, an online reporting tool that allows managers to see the progress of their team members’ training on Able Agent courses on demand. Included at no extra charge, your report can be downloaded in the manager’s page. Identify staff that are falling behind, see who needs additional support and know when to register a team member for their qualification exam.

This is one of our most highly requested features, and we’re happy to say it is now available!

The Able Agent is a revolutionary online training platform for estate and lettings agents. Changing the industry of training for agents from traditional large volume manuals to an online platform with videos, webinars, and interactive quizzes. The reporting tool provides a way to track the progress of staff directly and prepare them for their exam.

How to Access Your report:

Managers can access it via their personal Able Agent profile page on the reports tab. The report will then be generated and downloaded.

How to use your report:

The reports can be opened in excel and are very flexible for you to sort in whichever way you will need. The information for each user includes;

• Last Login: the date of their last login to The Able Agent
• Total Views: The total number of views they have on The Able Agent website
• Views this month: Number of views in the month they last logged in
• Courses Completed: Gives the total number of courses completed by each user
• Percentage of courses completed
• Consider for Qualification: Indicates whether you should consider them for a qualification. Once it says ‘yes’, it is suggested you start the process of registering them for their exam (insert link about exam)
• Percentage of completion for each course
