This Ending Tenancies for Scotland Course covers the process from either the tenant or Landlord/agent serving notice and includes check out and deposit returns.   It covers Short Assured Tenancy agreements and  Private Residential Tenancies. 

What You Will Learn

Understand how to end different types of tenancies and the requirements under the Housing Act and Private Housing (Tenancies) Scotland  Act 2016

• Know how to end tenancy agreements
• Know how to conduct a tenant checkout and provide a full inventory report
• Understand the procedures, legislation and codes of practice for processing and dealing with client monies
• Understand how to deal with deposit disputes
