The role of a manager is to inspire and support individuals in your business, but a happy and productive team will enable businesses to grow and provide excellent customer service. There are many obligations a manager has in terms of driving business levels through good team management, but there are also obligations to manage individuals in relation to underperformance.
This course covers these skills as well as disciplining and carrying out performance reviews.
