The Renters’ Rights Act is now law and we have some key implementation dates. 

The NEW Renters’ Rights Act course is now available as a short course as well as included for all subscription users.

PLUS all course content will be updated to reflect the changes and align to updated spec and exam questions for the qualifications. The qualifications will change gradually and align with the law being implemented.

Qualifications

At The Able Agent, we are proactively aligning all our qualifications and content with the latest legislation. This ensures that both The Able Agent and ABBE qualifications remain fully up to date as laws become active.

If you’re currently studying, we recommend continuing your exams as planned — with the understanding that top-up modules may be required later to meet RoPA (Regulation of Property Agents) guidance. For new learners, given that the average qualification takes around seven months to complete, we expect our materials to reflect all relevant updates by the time you qualify.
