Course Overview

We have created a new course to start guiding agents through the Renters’ Rights Act changes.

This is an online training programme using a mix of online videos, eBooks and knowledge checks.

THIS COURSE WILL BE CONTINUALLY UPDATED AS AND WHEN FURTHER GUIDANCE IS RELEASED. IT IS NOT CURRENTLY INCLUDED IN ANY QUALIFICATION STUDY OR EXAMINATIONS.

Our core qualification training content for CePAP and CeLAP will changed from old legislation to new legislation on 1st May 2026. 

Anyone studying for the Level 3 Certificate in Property Advice and Practice (CePAP®), which covers Estate Agency and Lettings, or the Level 3 Certificate in Lettings Advice and Practice (CeLAP), which covers Lettings and Property Management, can continue to register for the existing qualifications. They can then choose whether to sit the exam under the current legislation or new legislation.

New RRA legislation exams will go live on 1st June.
