Course Overview

This Ending Tenancies RRA England course takes the process from notices being served by both Landlord and Tenant and check out and covers all the processes followed to end a tenancy in a legal manner under the Renters’ Rights Act.

This is a mandatory module in the Level 3 Certificate in Lettings Advice & Practice CeLAP BUT is not required for Level 3 Certificate in Property Advice & Practice CePAP

  • Know how to conduct a tenant check out and provide a full inventory report
  • Understand how to deal with deposit disputes
  • Understand a high quality inventory process and why this is so important when recouping costs from a deposit.
  • Understand what can and can’t be charged at the end of a tenancy

This content does NOT need to be revised for the L3 CePAP (Certificate in Property Advice & Practice) initial exam.

This course is a mandatory unit for CeLAP – Level 3 Certificate in Lettings Advice & Practice.

PLUS it can be taken as a separate follow on specialism qualification on completion of the Level 3 CePAP (Certificate in property Advice & Practice).
