If you are considering a career in property, then this course sets out what you can expect to be doing in the first few months and gives you an insight into the laws and procedures needed in a busy estate or letting agent’s office.

It covers the buying and selling process and renting/letting a property and the role of the agent in helping people trying to move.

The course covers both estate agency and lettings and will give you an understanding of the requirements of a business owner.

• Basic ‘must have’ knowledge and information to be able to function as a member of an agency team
• How to be be both productive and legally compliant from the start, with modules in handling enquiries as well as the core legal basics you will need in your day to day job role
