Course Overview

This Property Management Wales course takes the process from inventory and check in and covers all the safety, processes and systems followed in a property management department. It covers the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016.

It sits alongside the Lettings Legislation Course and is suitable for both lettings and property management teams.

Some content will refer to AST as it was originally produced for England; however where possible, videos have been updated to reflect the Occupation Contracts in Wales.
