This module covers all the key elements of Data Protection in the property industry, whether for sales or lettings.

We explain these in language we hope will relate to your job role, rather than just giving you the law itself. The benefit of understanding well not only helps in terms of your professionalism, but protects your company’s interest where there are risks of breaking the law.

This course should be taken as part of our qualifications BUT will also fulfil annual Data Protection training obligations.
