The work really starts once you have done your viewing feedback and your prospective tenant wants to let the property! The key role is not just about taking the cash and moving the tenant in! This course has been updated in line with Renters’ Rights Act changes.

You have an obligation to ensure that you are respecting your Landlords’ requests about the tenant he is looking for and the length of tenancy available, as well as potentially agreeing changes that the tenant request, or amending rental figures. This module guides you through the key processes and documentation of negotiating a let, referencing the tenant and moving them in.

• Describe the main concerns and objections given by prospective buyers/tenants to making an offer and how to deal with these concerns
• State the information required from tenants on receiving an offer
• Identify problems when obtaining the required information and possible solutions
• State how to comply with the relevant legislation, guidelines and codes of practice when dealing with offers on properties to rent
