The work really starts once you have done your viewing feedback and your prospective tenant wants to let the property! The key role is not just about taking the cash and moving the tenant in! This course has been updated in line with Renters’ Rights Act changes.
You have an obligation to ensure that you are respecting your Landlords’ requests about the tenant he is looking for and the length of tenancy available, as well as potentially agreeing changes that the tenant request, or amending rental figures. This module guides you through the key processes and documentation of negotiating a let, referencing the tenant and moving them in.

This course replaces the old Negotiating a Let course. If you are sitting your CePAP or CeLAP exam after the 1st June this is the correct content and reflects changes in the Renters' Rights Act and also the The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers (DMCC) Act 2024 (formerly the Consumer Protection Regulations)
