Studying for the Level 3 Certificate in Property Advice & Practice (CePAP) is a great way to gain expert knowledge, confidence and career progression.
The training is focussed on the essential knowledge and understanding of the full estate agency and lettings process from spotting business opportunities in all areas, through to negotiating a sale or let, with all the relevant property law and compliance.
You study CePAP flexibly, fitting it around your lifestyle and work commitments and in a way that suits your style of learning. No classrooms, textbooks or time out of the office.
The online training prepares you for the single 105 minute exam, that can be taken online or at a test centre.

Our core qualification training content for CePAP changed from old legislation to new legislation on 1st May 2026. Amends have also been made to the CPR ( Consumer Protection Regulation) content which will be referenced alongside the DMCC Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 in all content and exam questions.
NEW COURSES Sales Progression Introduction and Ethics courses have been added as part of the updated curriculum.
