Negotiating a let

Overview

The work really starts once you have done your viewing feedback and your prospective tenant wants to let the property! The key role is not just about taking the cash and moving the tenant in!

You have an obligation to ensure that you are respecting your Landlords’ requests about the tenant he is looking for and the length of tenancy available, as well as potentially agreeing changes that the tenant request, or amending rental figures. This module guides you through the key processes and documentation of negotiating a let, referencing the tenant and moving them in.

FAQs

Is CePAP Ofqual regulated?

Yes, the Level 3 CePAP Certificate is an Ofqual regulated course that has been accredited by the Awarding Body ABBE (Awarding Body for the Built Environment).

How do I complete the qualification?

By completing a series of our online courses you can then register for the Level 3 CePAP with us and we can arrange for you to book in a formal exam at one of many national Pearson test centres.

Where can I sit my final online test?

The final assessment for the Level 3 CePAP qualification can be undertaken at test centres across the country. Further instruction will be issued upon sign up and direction on how to arrange your test.

Is the qualification RoPA compliant?
