Property Management Courses

This Property Management Module takes the process from inventory and check in and covers all the safety, processes and systems followed in a property management department. It covers both Housing Act and Non Housing Act tenancies.

This course covers the key content for the specialist Property Management module that can be taken as an additional qualification once the core CePAP qualification has been completed.

• Understand the different types of tenancies and the requirements of the Housing Act 1988
• Know how to extend, renew and end tenancy agreements
• Know how to conduct a tenant check in and check out and provide a full inventory report
• Understand the statutory legislation and obligations of all parties regarding the safety and maintenance of the condition of the property
• Understand the procedures legislation and codes of practice for processing and dealing with client monies
• Understand how to deal with deposit disputes
