This course is a brief introduction to your new role and some key information to get you started. We give you an overview of the type of estate agents and lettings agents that exist and their services.

Once completed, we suggest you choose either “Estate Agency Essentials” or “Lettings Essentials” depending on your job role, these modules will teach you HOW to do the job.

We have also included a glossary of terms to help with all the jargon!

  • Introduction to the property sector and how an estate/letting agency works
  • Understand how the property market is regulated including the main codes of practice
  • Identify the main roles and responsibilities of staff members
  • Introduction to the key steps in selling and letting residential property
  • Understand the main type of clients of an estate agent and a letting agent

Is CePAP Ofqual regulated?

Yes, the Level 3 CePAP Certificate is an Ofqual regulated course that has been accredited by the Awarding Body ABBE (Awarding Body for the Built Environment).

How do I complete the qualification?

By completing a series of our online courses you can then register for the Level 3 CePAP with us and we can arrange for you to book in a formal exam at one of many national Pearson test centres.

Where can I sit my final online test?

The final assessment for the Level 3 CePAP qualification can be undertaken at test centres across the country. Further instruction will be issued upon sign up and direction on how to arrange your test.

Is the qualification RoPA compliant?
