Business generation and Property Management focused qualification for lettings professionals
Studying for the Certificate in Lettings Advice & Practice (CeLAP) is a great way to demonstrate expertise, gain confidence and career progression.
From initial enquiry through to managing the property and advising on safety and compliance, the training for CeLAP is focused on the essential knowledge for business generation and safe working practice in Lettings and Property Management.
Fully up to date with the Renters’ Rights Act and the CPRs (Consumer Protection Regulations) / DMCC (Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024).
Study Level 3 CeLAP flexibly, fitting it around your lifestyle and work commitments and in a way that suits your style of learning. No classrooms, textbooks or time out of the office.
A single 120 minute exam, that can be taken online or at a test centre.
Propertymark approved
CELAP is a recognised qualification to join Propertymark ARLA
Training content is available as part of the Able Agent subscription starting from £125+vat per month for up to 7 users ( 6 month minimum term)
or via a CeLAP pay as you go course for an individual at £249+vat
The qualification fee is £225+vat, payable when the training content has been completed and exam booked.
