This is the only Level 3 designed specifically for estate agency Sales Progressors and can be studied as a stand-alone Level 3 qualification OR as a progression qualification after completion of the Level 3 CePAP.

Focussed on the essential knowledge and understanding of the full sales progression process from issuing a Memorandum of sale, through to managing a tricky sale, with all the relevant law, general skills and property structure knowledge required to perform at the highest standards.

By successfully completing these Courses, you will have fulfilled all the learning requirements to prepare you for your qualification.

If you have already passed your Level3 CePAP you will only need to study the Sales Progression and Property Structure Modules however we do recommend you recap your knowledge of all the above courses prior to sitting your exam.
