Level 3 Diploma in Property Advice and Practice

Take the next step in your career with the Level 3 Diploma in Property Advice & Practice to suit your role and career aspirations. Building on your CePAP® or CeLAP qualification, you can choose further modules to study before sitting additional exams(s) to complete the requirements for DipPAP.

The only qualification recognising specific property sector business areas of:

Listing & market appraisal, auction, property management and sales progression. PLUS a new Level 3 in Agency Management.

No classrooms, textbooks or time out of the office and once ready, you can choose to take your exams at home, in the office or at an exam centre

To obtain your Diploma  you need to complete your Level 3 CePAP® Certificate in Property Advice & Practice or Level 3 CeLAP Certificate in Lettings Advice & Practice qualification first.

You then take additional specialism qualifications by completing the relevant online course training modules and passing an exam for each specialism.

On completion you will be awarded the DipPAP (Diploma in Property Advice & Practice)

The specialism modules. Choose 2 from 

• Listing and Market Appraisal
• Sales Progression
• Auction
• Property Management after CePAP only
• OR JUST Agency Management after CePAP or CeLAP = DipPAP

On successful completion of the Level 3 CePAP or Level 3 CeLAP you have 3 years to take your additional specialisms to be awarded the Level 3 DipPAP

* Property Management Specialism is already covered in CeLAP so is not included in the DipPAP options of CeLAP + 2 specialisms

Specialisms cost £195+vat OR if choosing Certificate in Agency Management – the cost is £295+vat
