This course covers the process from the point a sale is agreed, when a memorandum of sale is issued, up until the point the sale completes and the buyer collects the keys.

Obviously the process is not straightforward and there are a lot of things that can go wrong.

Is CePAP Ofqual regulated?

Yes, the Level 3 CePAP Certificate is an Ofqual regulated course that has been accredited by the Awarding Body ABBE (Awarding Body for the Built Environment).

How do I complete the qualification?

By completing a series of our online courses you can then register for the Level 3 CePAP with us and we can arrange for you to book in a formal exam at one of many national Pearson test centres.

Where can I sit my final online test?

The final assessment for the Level 3 CePAP qualification can be undertaken at test centres across the country. Further instruction will be issued upon sign up and direction on how to arrange your test.

Is the qualification RoPA compliant?
